Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end (E2E) contract management capability development across Geisinger. The Director is responsible for transforming the enterprise contracting process including supporting contract teams and business stakeholders in driving the education, understanding and compliance with the contracting practices and procedures. This person will execute and deliver value by ensuring a robust foundation and strong process management across all aspects of the contract function and in its advancing maturity. ​
Job Duties


+ Lead planning, managing, and implementing of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes within the department and across the enterprise (e.g. new functional rollouts and capabilities)
