**Overall Purpose** **:** Manage Product organization’s centralized chief of staff group. Ensure the effective delivery and coordination of strategic planning, strategic initiative delivery, performance and objective setting, budget planning, headcount management and team/organization communications/activities for both SVP and individual VPs.
