Director, Crisis Residence

Licensed Social Workers & Mental Health Professional new hires are eligible for a $7500 retention bonus!

As the Director of Crisis Residence, you will provide support and direction to both clinical and residential staff, and will oversee the daily operations. You will collaborate with the Executive Program Director and Intake Specialist to support admissions to the program and ensure compliance with OMH program regulations. You will report to the Executive Program Director and will work onsite.

Responsibilities:


+ Facilitate regular supervision to mentor the Clinicians and Residential Supervisors who manage direct care staff.
