Role Summary

The DevOps team enables Technology & Data teams to build, secure, test, release, and operate software at scale. The team owns the enterprise CI/CD platform, Quality Engineering (QE) tooling, developer tooling, and developer GenAI and agentic capabilities supporting a modern, efficient and secure developer experience. Reporting to the Managing Director, Cloud Platforms, the Director, DevOps will set the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for the enterprise DevOps platform ecosystem. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as the overall Product Owner (PO) and Technical Area Lead (TAL) for the DevOps platform across the enterprise, with particular emphasis on driving DevOps maturity and GenAI adoption throughout Technology & Data. Your impact will extend beyond your direct team as you influence engineering excellence, platform adoption, automation, DevSecOps, and AI‑enabled software delivery.
