Description

ICF is seeking a Director, DOE Account Lead to advance mission-driven engagement and strategic partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This role will build on ICF’s long-standing position as a trusted advisor, supporting DOE priorities across energy security, grid reliability, affordability, and innovation—while identifying and shaping opportunities to expand ICF’s impact. The position spans engagement across DOE headquarters offices and includes close collaboration with the DOE national laboratory system.

ICF’s DOE portfolio encompasses technical and program management support, technical assistance to external stakeholders, public-private partnership design and delivery, energy modeling and analytics, policy support, strategic communications, and digital modernization—including enterprise IT, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
