Job Description
1. Lead Market Structure & Trading Initiatives
Lead complex market initiatives, including low-touch/electronic trading programmes across equities and listed derivatives.Oversee full project lifecycle from ideation and business case development to implementation and post-launch optimisation.Partner with trading desks to enhance execution capabilities, liquidity access, and competitiveness.
2. Drive Electronic & Low-Touch Trading Strategy
Design and implement automation strategies to increase low-touch flow, algorithmic execution, and STP.Evaluate technologies to improve execution quality, latency, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with quants and technology teams on algorithm and smart order routing enhancements.
