The IT Director End User Technology will design, run and build the strategy and vision for end user-based technologies across the global Stryker enterprise. This includes device management, virtual and physical clients, mobile technology, printer and peripherals, telecommunication platforms, voice, video and instant messaging communications, contact center platforms, cellular services, and conference room technology. This includes oversight of a large internal team of 20 plus globally dispersed employees and external contracted team of 50 plus with an operating budget of $20m annually and project spend of $10m annually.

They should excel in management of operational, financial, and talent metrics. The role encompasses managing direct reports, vendors, support ecosystem, relationships with support teams, and communications with the users.
