Director, Employment Legal

+ JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of experience with employment law and of managing employment law issues in multiple jurisdictions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
+ Experience in people management.
+ Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice employment law (e.g. have registered in-house status) in the country in which the position is located.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience developing, implementing, and using legal department technology.
+ Experience working in a regional employment legal role and on HR projects across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to identify issues, manage matters independently and with minimal supervision.
