The Director Enterprise Delivery Services, in support of their assigned strategic focus area develops, implements, and executes strategies to deliver on the Healthfirst strategic plan. This person has the responsibility to educate the company, suppliers and other invested parties on all technology, process and organization changes in his/her assigned focus area. This position plays a major role in the enterprise transformation of Healthfirst and will oversee any ongoing implementation or refinement after any launch or process improvement changes are released into the business. Will engage in a highly collaborative manner with our leaders and will partner to ensure the success of all change management efforts.
