**EHS Leadership and Governance**

+ Provide EHS leadership across India operations, ensuring alignment with company values, policies, and regional and global EHS expectations.
+ Act as the primary EHS authority for India, advising leadership on EHS risks, legal obligations, and performance improvement opportunities.
+ Support integration of EHS expectations within business planning, operational decision making, and change management activities.

· Develop and maintain the India EHS strategy in alignment with the Vontier global EHSS strategy, ensuring consistency of intent and expectations while enabling effective local execution.

**Regulatory Compliance and Legal Assurance**

+ Ensure full compliance with applicable Indian environmental, occupational health and industrial safety laws, rules, permits and consent conditions.
