CAMH is seeking a full‑time, permanent Director of Facilities. The campus is a 27‑acre site that has been redeveloped over a 25‑year period and comprises two Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) contracts (540,000 sqft & 758,000 sqft), two buildings under construction (385,000 sqft & 840,000 sqft), and a series of other buildings managed by an in‑house team (335,000 sqft). The Director reports to the Senior Project Director, Redevelopment, and will provide key operational leadership, strategic direction and accountability for the day‑to‑day facilities management at the Queen Street West and College Street sites.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full facilities portfolio, managing four distinct facilities management teams (plant operations & maintenance, two outsourced DBFM service providers and one outsourced traditional service provider), and planning and managing both the annual operating and capital budgets.
