Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is seeking an experienced Director, Finance Transformation, to lead high-impact initiatives that advance the evolution of SPE’s global Finance function.


This role sits within the Finance Transformation team—SPE’s internal consulting and change-leadership group—and partners closely with senior Finance, Technology, and Business leaders across Motion Pictures, Television, Networks, Corporate Functions, Development, Marketing, and Distribution.

The Director will own a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure delivery of measurable business value. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, executive presence, hands-on project management, and both staff and thought leadership.
