Position Summary

Serve as a subject-matter expert and consultative resource to University and Global Enrollment Management and Student Success (GEMSS) leaders and business owners on federal and state regulations (e.g., Title IV) and other compliance issues directly impacting the business areas of Enrollment Management (i.e., Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar, Student Success areas, Institutional Research) that will inform compliant, efficient, and effective service delivery to the students and other stakeholders served by the University. Interpret policy, review practices across GEMSS, and recommend changes in business practices to ensure compliant and consistent application, efficiency and effectiveness in business process design, high-quality service delivery to students, and alignment with the University mission and resources.
