Lead the strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of our neurovascular therapy portfolio. Define and drive a unified global portfolio strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens competitive position, and guides long term innovation. Oversee portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and global commercialization, including launch sequencing, pricing, reimbursement, and regional adaptation. Partner closely with physicians, global sales teams, and cross functional leaders across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations to shape the innovation roadmap and ensure successful global execution. Lead and develop a high performing global marketing organization, elevating value propositions, evidence strategies, and messaging across the portfolio.
