American Greetings is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to lead revenue and membership growth for our Interactive Division’s digital subscription business. This role will own the full marketing funnel, from acquisition and conversion to engagement, retention, and monetization, driving an increase in revenue over the next four years.

The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on operator with deep expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle strategy. They will leverage data-driven insights, paid and owned media channels, and rigorous experimentation to scale customer acquisition, optimize conversion, and maximize lifetime value while reducing churn.
