Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the CA/LATAM Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives
• Serve as a strategic advisor to CA/LATAM senior leaders and local market/cluster stakeholders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions
• Oversee compliance programs related to commercial, medical, and customer engagement activities across CA/LATAM markets
• Partner with Legal, Medical Affairs, Quality, Finance, and other functions to identify, assess, and manage regional/local compliance risks
• Ensure effective monitoring, auditing, and reporting processes to support continuous improvement and risk reduction
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HCC professionals across the region
