Job Overview

The Director, HCC Colombia/Costa Rica serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Colombia and Costa Rica (Project Epsilon), providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country/site leadership, Global Services, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
