Currently working with a excellent, growing firm of Chartered Surveyors and construction consultants who are looking to add a Director level Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their well-established, busy team.

My client is now looking for an experienced Monitoring Surveyor, currently at Associate Director or Director level who is looking for a fresh challenge in leading a talented team of 5 development monitors who are already working with the likes of Investec, UMTB, Lloyds, HSBC, RBS, Hampshire Trust Bank, Aberdeen, Puma Finance and many others.

This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead a busy, growing team, that already generates 20% of total company income and has been providing monitoring to major clients for over 20 years.

Salary up to £120k
