The position is classified as an RÉ-08 ($154,301 to $170,710 per annum – under review). Reporting to the Vice-President, Real Estate and Development, the Director, Housing Development, Leasing and Strategic Asset Management provides strategic leadership for the planning, implementation and oversight of the NCC’s housing development initiatives, leasing operations and real estate asset management functions, including advancing the NCC Lands for Homes program and related development opportunities on federally owned lands to support housing supply, affordability, sustainability and city-building objectives across the National Capital Region.
