Reporting to the CHRO, this is a senior leadership role to helm the HRBP team for a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
- Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across all functions and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives
- Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture
