IT Strategy & Operations

Oversee all technology operations including infrastructure, networks, security, core systems, and end‑user technology. Define, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, compliant, scalable, and operating to expectations. Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for upgrades, optimization, or new technology solutions. Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and expenditure reporting to executive leadership.

Business Systems Leadership

Lead the strategy, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise business systems supporting Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success.
