The Role

Leads and oversees Investment Support and Estates in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures across a multi‑country footprint.

In This Role You Will:

Customer‑Centric Leadership

• Lead and foster a strong customer‑focused culture across the unit, deepening client relationships and leveraging broader Bank systems, partnerships, and knowledge.

Strategic Direction & Oversight

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the following functions: Dealer Services Unit (Transfers, Investment Services, Corporate & Commercial Investments), RESP/RDSP Centre, Taxation Department, Advisor Deposit Services, and Mutual Fund Company, Estates Management.
