As the Director Leasing, you will manage property acquisition, development, negotiation, and commercial terms agreement activities, ensuring projects align with the Group’s strategic goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive project execution, manage budgets, & ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Oversee property development projects from initial concept through completion, including sourcing new locations in line with the commercial team’s growth objectives and optimizing the group’s existing real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate closely with internal business teams, JV GM/Directors, architects, contractors, and various stakeholders on all aspects of real estate from leasing through opening.
• Lead the negotiation of lease terms with mall developers, in line with group legal direction, prevailing business guidelines, budgets, and other conditions required by the business.
