Lifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Home Care Director to lead and support our private duty home care agency operations across our retirement community.

This role is pivotal in growing our home care business in support of aging in place within our retirement community. The position provides leadership, oversight, and operational support to ensure high-quality and compassionate private duty home care services to produce high satisfaction and engagement scores and strong financial performance.

This role partners closely with community leaders to assess resident needs, promote wellness and personal services, and oversee clinical, operational, and business functions of the program.
