Sony Pictures Entertainment's (SPE) Corporate Development team is responsible for the company's Mergers & Acquisitions and Integration Management portfolio. The Integration Management Office (IMO) within Corporate Development is responsible for developing SPE's integration vision, strategy, and the successful integration of our acquired subsidiaries, as well as leading divestitures, carve-outs, and high-priority strategic programs sponsored by SPE leadership.

The team partners closely with SPE leadership, functional leaders, and stakeholders worldwide to plan and execute using established frameworks. We lead M&A integrations, separations, and divestitures from sign to close through post-close, and partner with executive sponsors on strategic programs to define scope, build the plan, and deliver the outcome, ensuring governance, change management, and cross-functional transparency across workstreams throughout.
