As the Marketing Director - Brand & Loyalty, you will oversee and champion Home’s Brand Advertising, Content Strategy, Loyalty, Credit and Gift Card Programs and Digital Commercial Marketing strategies to drive sales while building customer loyalty. Led by the Group Director, Marketing this opportunity will suit someone who has proven experience in loyalty program strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Steward and elevate Home Hardware’s Masterbrand, Banner and Private Brand strategies, ensuring seasonal and campaign work is cohesive, compelling and commercially impactful.
• Partner with Creative, Digital, and Agency teams to deliver award‑worthy campaigns that build brand affinity, drive acquisition and strengthen long‑term equity.
