Lead and motivate senior team members across both teams.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, vendors and function as the internal touchpoint for the department.
Continue to support the team ensuring they can conduct the core roles of the team, including the creation and preparation of regulatory/FATCA&CRS workings and reports.
Continue to develop a greater understanding of the regulatory/FATCA&CRS reporting environment and assist in the creation of service offerings for our clients.
