About the Role

As the Account Director, you'll own the overall success of a Finance & Accounting outsourcing portfolio—from client engagement and operational delivery to account growth and strategic expansion.

You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal leadership, presales, solutions, and talent teams while leading a 200+ headcount delivery organization.

This role combines executive client management, operational leadership, commercial ownership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships across US and Australian client accounts
• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting outsourcing delivery including:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial Reporting
• Audit Operations
