The Director/Vice President role leads technology and architecture strategy within a growing life science technology environment, shaping the company’s evolution from a hardware‑led product business into a software and AI‑enabled platform model.

You will define problems and ownership of architecture across hardware, firmware, software, cloud and AI, and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Applications, Product and Commercial teams to balance constraints with strategic priorities.
