Position Purpose

The Director of Career and Life Planning develops, leads, and coordinates the college’s career-related activities. These activities include but are not limited to facilitating career exploration and job preparation skills, cultivating job and internship opportunities for students and graduates, managing the employment agreement process for graduate internships, developing community service and federal work study opportunities in the community, working in both groups and one on one with students and graduates in career counseling and guidance. The nature of this position is that the Director needs to work with a variety of constituencies across the campus and outside of the college. Essential Duties Summary
