**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**

The **Director of Clinical Operations, Surgical Services** at Harborview Medical Center provides leadership for safe, high-quality, and efficient perioperative care within the Main Operating Rooms of a Level 1 Trauma and Verified Burn Center. This role oversees a complex, high-acuity environment operating 24/7 and is responsible for the integrated management of Operating Rooms, Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU), Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM), and Anesthesia Technologists.
