The Director of Critical Care and IMCU provides nursing operational planning and analysis, ensures quality of patient care delivery according to the nursing process and efficiency of daily operations, as well as reporting and business development capabilities. The Director is responsible for implementing effective care delivery models, clinical and administrative management policies, practices, and processes; and attracting and developing a team of highly capable, committed nursing staff who share a passion of quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
