This visionary will set the course for how data is collected, governed, shared, and used across BHHC for innovation in analytics/AI and improved customer outcomes, partnering with key strategic leaders in Claims, Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, Underwriting, HR, Marketing, and IT to ensure we have a clear roadmap that strengthens data quality, trust, accessibility, and business value.
