FlexStaff is seeking a Director of Design-Build to oversee architectural design work, construction and implementation of projects for our client, a design build architecture & construction company in Nassau County.

The Director ensures all architectural plans are completed to code, delivers a high‑quality product to the client on time, and orchestrates a smooth, seamless transition from design to construction.

Key responsibilities

+ Project Leadership & Management
+ Direct, manage, and integrate all technical activities for architectural and engineering projects.
+ Prepare and manage work/project schedules, proposals, budgets, bids, and contracts.
