Qualifications

· 10+ years in digital platform and technology delivery leadership covering mobile, web, and APIs.

· With Relevant Experience in Mobile and Web Projects - AI project is highly advantageous.

· Proven end-to-end delivery experience and strong Agile & Scrum delivery expertise.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams — Platform Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and DevOps/SRE.

· Solid knowledge of CI/CD, automation, observability, SLO/SLAs, and API-first integration.

· Strong stakeholder management across Business, IT, Risk/Compliance, and external partners.

· Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated environments is an advantage
