Overview

The position requires a higher university degree suitable for the role, and additionally we require knowledge of the administration and laws of the sector, familiarity with OVTES, and experience in municipal administration tasks. The Director of Education acts as the head of the department within the Education and Welfare Services main responsibility area. The main responsibility area includes administration of the sector, early childhood education and pre-primary education, basic education and after-school activities, secondary education, as well as sports, youth, library, and cultural services.
