The Director of Maintenance and Engineering for the Alaska Collection is responsible for the comprehensive management of all company facilities, equipment, and property maintenance across our locations in Alaska. Reporting directly to the VP and General Manager, this role ensures that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, supporting both guest and employee experiences. This position oversees the planning, execution, and financial management of maintenance operations, capital improvement projects, and sustainability initiatives within the unique Alaskan environment. 

What will your compensation be?

This role comes with a competitive compensation & full benefits package and is based in or near Anchorage, Talkeetna or Seward. Legal eligibility to work in the US is required. This is not a remote work opportunity and relocation would be required.
