The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Platform & DevOps organization. You will define the platform strategy and oversee a large team delivering secure, reliable, cost-efficient, developer-friendly platforms: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS, observability, and security-by-default. You’ll set multi-quarter roadmaps and OKRs, own budgets and vendor relationships, and partner closely with Product, Security, Data, and DevOps leadership to create paved roads that accelerate the entire engineering org.
