**Description:** Lockheed Martin Corporate Strategy is seeking a highly experienced executive with deep corporate strategy vision, a proven record of shaping long term growth and C-suite savvy communications skills to head its Enterprise Strategy & Growth (ES&G) Directorate. Working hand-in-hand with LM’s most senior leaders the Director will shape the company’s long‑term growth outlook, define and evolve its enterprise strategy, and drive high impact, strategic discussions that shape decisive C suite actions.
This position will lead a team of strategists in:
• LM North Star Strategy – Manage the process for development, communication, and evolution of the company’s overarching strategic vision
