The Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) leads the EHSS strategy for a manufacturing and campus site, ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable operations while supporting business performance. This senior leader collaborates closely with the Site Leadership Team, provides strategic guidance to the Site Head, and embeds EHSS principles into all business decisions.

Responsibilities

• EHSS Strategy & Leadership
• Define and lead the site EHSS strategy aligned with BMS global priorities and manufacturing network strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Site Head and SLT on EHSS risks, trade‑offs, and priorities.
