The Director of Facilities, Real Estate & Asset Management provides strategic leadership for facilities operations, real estate portfolio management, and associated insurance requirements.
This role ensures that UPG’s owned and leased properties are maintained, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational growth objectives. The Director applies an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset to guide real estate investment decisions, optimize space utilization, and support the facilities requirements of clinical and administrative operations.
The position is accountable for developing and executing real estate and facilities strategies, including acquisition, leasing, disposition, and lifecycle management of assets, while ensuring appropriate insurance coverage and risk mitigation for all properties.
