**Description**

Leidos is seeking a cleared Director of Facilities directly responsible for the operational status of a critically important customer facility which is essential to customer operational availability and mission success. This position requires individual to be independent and have the knowledge/experience to apply pressure at the appropriate levels on the installation to enable this critical mission need. Responsibilities include:

+ Provide daily management of facilities projects and plans supporting mission-critical systems and operational objectives.
+ Generate, prioritize and track facility work orders based on unit needs, oversee tasks to third-party contractors, and validate work completion.
+ Create and manage cost-basis data and route resource allocation approvals to customer resource advisors.
+ Direct actions with external agencies for repair of electrical, plumbing, datacenter, UPS and HVAC systems.
