Position Overview

                        Job Summary:         

            Housing: On-campus apartment required above the facilities maintenance shop.      

            Mission: Lead integrated facilities management for a historic K 12 campus with a focus on safety, reliability, and service.      

            Team leadership: Lead and mentor trades and custodial teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus.      

            Stakeholder partnership: Build strong relationships with school leadership, faculty, and staff through proactive communication and responsive service.
