We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance And Accounting to join our dynamic team at a leading road road contracting company. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and lead a talented finance team of approximately 40 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage 6 balance sheets across multiple entities within the group.
• Ensure smooth financial operations for the group, including international operations and beyond.
• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
