The Director of Finance is a leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company’s owned hotels and hospitality services provided to the learning hub. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

The Director of Finance works closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), MHM Management Team, Executive Committee & Head of Departments at property level, and key personnel of Magma Group Berhad to align financial practices with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. In addition, the Director leads the finance teams across properties and provides key financial insights to senior management to support informed decision‑making.
