Director, Finance

Non‑profit organization located in Downtown Toronto. Salary: $153,000.00 per year (maximum). Work from office 2‑3 times per week (flexible).

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Director of Finance or equivalent
• CPA certification required
• Microsoft Dynamics expertise
• Experience in operational ownership (5‑8 years) and people management
• AP/AR experience (~100 tasks per month); may occasionally manage payroll

• Excellent communication skills
• Non‑profit experience

Job Description

The role reports to the VP of Operations. The Director of Finance owns the finance function, including end‑to‑end accounting, data analysis, and managing campaigns with corporate partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fundraising for 13 hospitals
• Preparing reports for the board of directors
