Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Director – Gaming Compliance to lead its AML/CFP compliance for the gaming division. The role includes deputizing for the MLRO, shaping policies, and ensuring strong controls across SAIRs, SARs, CDD/EDD and KYC processes in line with UAE requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in AML/Gaming compliance, senior leadership experience, and ACAMS or ICA Diploma. Fluency in English with Arabic preferred, and experience with UAE regulators is highly valued.
