Position Overview

The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for designing, scaling, and leading the operational infrastructure of a growing ABA therapy organization. This leader will own the performance, consistency, and scalability of clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality clinical care, strong client outcomes, and an exceptional experience for both families and staff.
