POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Housing Services will be responsible for the oversight of the program and scope of work. This position will approve all purchase to ensure costs are within budget, monitor data for contract compliance, submit performance reports, and will provide supervision through direct observation and follow-up training. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


+ Provide administrative leadership and supervision to the program.

+ Function as a liaison to the Deputy Administrator(s) and external groups and agencies in promoting inter-organizational collaboration including attending Board and Advisory Board meetings as required.

+ Recruit, train and maintain a professional staff co-located at other sites.
