RPI Executive Search has partnered with an international industrial services organization in their search for a Director of Human Resources, based in Calgary to provide strategic HR leadership, drive organizational effectiveness, and support the execution of key business priorities across a complex, multi-site organization. The Director of Human Resources will lead the development and execution of medium and long term HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, labour relations, compensation, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
